Our Impact

We are on a mission to empower organizations and individuals for impact in the MENA region.

We are deeply rooted in the Arab World, its heritage, culture, and unique narrative, which drive our sustainable actions.

We are a purpose-driven company, Arab and female-owned, based in the UAE. Our founder is a Moroccan immigrant who grew up in France and immigrated to the UAE in 2018.

Our mission is to create a significant impact in the region, viewing our work as systemic change rather than transactional. Thus, we forge long-term partnerships with private and public organizations, as well as with all individuals we work with.

We focus on providing job opportunities to youth from underemployed populations like Palestinians, helping them thrive and unite for impact in the region.

We are a fully remote team, working from three different countries.

We are a social enterprise committed to making a difference in the MENA region by balancing purpose and profit.

Prepare the workforce in the MENA region for the sustainable transformation of organizations.
