Purpose of the Community

Our WhatsApp community is here to:

  • Share knowledge: Exchange insights on sustainability, impact entrepreneurship, and innovation tailored to the MENA region.
  • Foster collaboration: Create opportunities for members to connect, support each other, and co-create solutions.
  • Provide access: Receive exclusive updates on programs, events, opportunities, and resources curated by MENA Impact.
  • Inspire action: Motivate members to turn ideas into tangible impact by learning from each other’s experiences.

  5. No Spam or Unsolicited Promotion – This is a safe space for learning and collaboration, not sales. Promotional posts require prior approval from the MENA Impact team.

Community Etiquette

  3. Communicate Clearly – Avoid jargon when possible; keep messages accessible to all.
  4. Consider Time Zones – Be mindful that members are spread across the MENA region.
  5. Celebrate Together – Share your wins and celebrate the successes of others.

Code of Conduct

The following are not tolerated:

  1. Harassment – Bullying, intimidation, or offensive behavior.
  2. Discrimination – Any offensive remarks based on race, gender, religion, nationality, age, disability, or personal characteristics.
  3. Trolling – Intentionally provoking or disrupting.
  4. Personal Attacks – Insulting or belittling members.

Violations may result in warnings, suspension, or permanent removal from the community.

Content Guidelines

You may share:

  • Relevant articles, research, and personal insights.
  • Events, opportunities, and resources that align with our mission.
  • Images, videos, or files related to sustainability and impact.

Please avoid:

  • Unrelated or inappropriate content.
  • Promotional material without prior approval.

Moderation & Enforcement

The MENA Impact team will actively moderate discussions to ensure a safe, respectful environment. Possible actions include:

  • Warnings for guideline breaches.
  • Temporary Suspension for repeated violations.
  • Permanent Removal for serious or ongoing misconduct.
